This Decree governs the implementation of the sub-intervention support for the establishment and initial operation of collective forms of cooperation in the agricultural and forestry sector from point (d) of the first paragraph of Article 77 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 2 December 2021 laying down rules on support for strategic plans drawn up by Member States within the framework of the common agricultural policy (CAP strategic plans) and financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). This text determines the purpose and objectives of the sub-intervention, the beneficiary, conditions for granting support, criteria for evaluating applications, obligations, financial provisions, the procedure for allocating funds and administrative sanctions, for the implementation of Regulation 2021/2115/EU. The objectives of the sub-intervention are to adapt the production and volume of production of the members to the requirements of the market by jointly putting the goods into circulation and to fulfill the mandatory development goals from point 3 of the second paragraph of Article 5 of this text.
