This Government Regulation lays down some amendments and addenda to the Regulation establishing the list of pollutants and data required for reporting to the Integrated Pollution Register. In particular the present Regulation establishes the new list of pollutants and threshold values for reporting releases (specified in the replaced Annex 1) and the new set of data required for reporting to the Integrated Pollution Register (replaced Annex 3).
