This Act is composed of six Sections. The first Section establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, the integrated pollution register in the form of the publicly available information system of the leakage and emission of polluting substances, outputs of which are the part of the register of leakage and emission of polluting substances at the level of the European Community. The following Sections of the Act amends the associated acts in their parts relating to the provisions established in Section 1: Act on integrated prevention, Water Act, Air Protection Act, Wastes Act and Packaging Act.
