The Third Meeting of the Parties decided in Dec. III/15 to:

1. To adopt as an Annex D to the Montreal Protocol, in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 10 of the Vienna Convention, the list of products containing controlled substances. The annex is contained in Annex V of the report of the Third Meeting of the Parties;
2. To request the Secretariat to identify the Customs Code Numbers for the items on the list from the Customs Co-operation Council. The Customs Code Numbers will be submitted for acceptance by the Fourth Meeting of the Parties.
