To note the request by Romania to be removed from the list of developing countries operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5;
To approve the request by Romania and note further that Romania shall assume the obligations of a Party not operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Montreal Protocol from 1 January 2008;
