This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments to Regulation laying down rules to prevent the introduction and spread of quarantine organisms. In particular the present Regulation amends the list of quarantine organisms which must not be introduced (amended Annex 1), the list of quarantine organisms which must not be introduced if these organisms occur on specific plants, plant products or objects (amended Annex 2) and special requirements to be included in certificates if plants, plant products or objects which are introduced into the territory of the Republic of Poland from third countries (amended Annex 4).
