This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food applies to persons who deal with milk samples and lays down conditions and techniques of sampling, conditions of transport and storage of samples and keeping appropriate records. In particular, samples of raw milk must be transported and stored at the temperature between 0C and 4C. The time between sampling and examination should be as short as possible and may not exceed 36 hours. During transport and storage samples should not be exposed to foreign odors or direct sunlight. This Regulation is composed of 14 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Sampling milk (Sec. 2); Sampling techniques (Sec. 3); Transport and storage of samples (Sec. 4); Sampling (Sec. 5); Record keeping (Sec. 6); Duplicate samples (Sec. 7); Final provisions (Sec. 8).
