The Act provides the measures for organisation of the fisheries market, the bases and procedure for application thereof, the bases for and extent of exercise of state supervision and liability for infringements of this Act. More specifically, it provides for marketing standards and consumer information; producer organisations; support from European Maritime and Fisheries Fund; financing of activities prior to incurring expenditure; state aid to fisheries; de minimis aid to fisheries; reporting on state aid to fisheries and de minimis aid to fisheries; other aid to fisheries; state and administrative supervision; recovery of support and state aid; and liability.
