This Planting material control testing Programme for the year 2021, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on planting material, determines the control tests of planting material that is produced and placed on the market (also for imports), in order to verify the methods of related certification in engaged production process of such planting materials. Control testing of planting material checks the variety, genetic purity, health status and compliance of others conditions regarding the quality of such planting material. Planting materials intended for sampling shall be selected on the basis of risk assessment. i.e. the degree of probability that certain planting material does not meet its prescribed conditions.
