This Regulation here defines the method for submitting applications, content, supporting documentation and other provisions of the procedure for exercising the right to compensation for damage and the amount of compensation for damage for animals that have been killed or slaughtered, as well as for destroyed products of animal origin and damaged or destroyed objects within the framework of the implementation of measures to prevent and control animal diseases. Data sources for determining the amount of damage compensation are generally explained in article 3. The application shall be submitted on forms which are provided in the Annex of this text.
