This Regulation determines the manner of submitting the request, content, accompanying documentation and other provisions of the procedure for realizing the right to obtain the compensation for damages and related amount of compensation for animals that have been killed or slaughtered, as well as for destroyed products of animal origin and damaged or destroyed objects in within the framework of the implementation of current animal health related measures. The application shall be submitted on forms which are provided in the Annex of this text.
