This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down conditions of the treatment of biodegradable waste and the use and marketing of compost or digestate, in accordance with Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste and repealing certain Directives. This Decree applies to biodegradable wastes listed in Annex 1 to the Decree. This Decree is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Treatment of biodegradable waste (Sec. 2); Use of compost or digestate (Sec. 3); Marketing (Sec. 4); Control (Sec. 5); Penalty provisions (Sec. 6); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 7).
