This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 37 articles and six Annexes, establishes provisions concerning treatment of biodegradable waste and the conditions of the use and marketing of biodegradable processed waste. This Regulation applies to biodegradable waste specified in Annex 1. For the purposes of these provisions, biodegradable waste means anaerobic or aerobic biodegradable waste.
