This Act, which is composed of 62 articles, lays down tasks and competences of authorities concerning payments under direct support, as specified in art. 1 point a of the Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 637/2008 and Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009: uniform area payments, payments for greening, payments to young farmers, additional payments, payments for growing areas, payments related to animals, payments to small farms and payments to tobacco. The present Act regulates also conditions and method of granting payments to farmers, control of payments and implementation of the payments.
