This Order amends Schedule II of the Customs Act No. 9 of 2015 regarding the cost of transport of the imported goods and loading and handling charges associated with the transport of imported goods to the port or place of importation. Furthermore, this Order inserts new subsection (1A) to the Schedule II of the principal Act regarding the costs and charges to be assessed in respect of goods imported from a region specified in Column 1 by the percentage specified in Column 2 of the table shown in this Order.
