These Regulations lay down rules on importation and exportation of goods; coasting trade; customs declarations and entries; arrival and departure of vessels, aircrafts and other conveyances; sealing of containers and other conveyances; warehousing; drawbacks; community tariff treatment; submission of documents to Customs; and remittance of duties and taxes to Comptroller. These Regulations compel passengers entering into Grenada to make a declaration in case they bring fruits, plants, cut flowers, vegetables, soil, meat, live animals and organisms, honey, wildlife products, plant material, food, animal products or live birds.
