This Act amends the Paragraph c and d in the definition of "land" in Section 2 of the Principal Act, as the offshore area between the mean high water springs level of the sea and the lowest astronomical tide, and the offshore area that comprises the seabed underlying any of the waters of Papua New Guinea, other than internal waters.
