This Order, of the Ministry of Environment, complements Regulation (EC) No 166/2006 of 18 January 2006 concerning the establishment of the European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (E-PRTR). According to Regulation (EC) No 166/2006, certain companies with significant air, water, and soil emissions, as well as significant waste generation, are required to report data on the company and its emissions and transfers, as specified in Article 5 of the Regulation. This Order lays down rules on companies' reporting of information in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 166/2006, including specific provisions for the correction and supplementation of already reported information for certain livestock farms, as well as the handling of reported information by authorities.
