This Act lays down provisions on offences and penalties and general rules as to criminal responsibility. The offences addressed in this Code include but not limited to: corruption; adulteration of food, drink or drugs intended for sale; sale of noxious food or drink or adulterated drugs; voluntarily vitiating the atmosphere and polluting watercourses; dropping litter; larceny of electricity, minerals, cattle, horses, asses, mules, sheep, goats, swine, fish, trees, fences, fruits and vegetables; setting fire to crops and growing plants; injuring animals; communicating infectious diseases to animals; using explosive to catch or destroy fish; negligent act likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life; and removing boundary and survey marks with intent to defraud, such as injury to any survey mark by an intending applicant for any lease, licence or right under an Ordinance relating to mines or minerals.
