This Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment lays down the new: formula for calculation of estimates of reduction of the number of affected people harmful effects of noise in the form of: (1) significant onerousness (specified in Annex 1); (2) significant sleep disorders (Annex 2); (3) ischemic heart disease due to road noise (Annex 3).
