This Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of seven articles and four Annexes, lays down the detailed scope of preparing water management plans for river basins, including: (1) detailed scope of information required to prepare the plans; (2) the scope of the identification of significant anthropogenic impacts and assessment of their impact on the status of surface water and groundwater; (3) requirements for establishing environmental objectives; (4) the scope of economic analysis related to the use of water; (5) the frequency of verification of the collected information and prepared documents.
