To establish a legal framework for electrical and electronic waste management in Rwanda - This regulation shall apply to every producer, retailer, importer, collector, transporter, dismantler, recycler, refurbisher, consumer or bulk consumer involved in the manufacture, assembly, sale, and purchase and processing of electronic and electrical equipment or E-waste in Rwanda.
