The Second Meeting of the Parties decided in Dec. II/14 to request the Executive Committee under the Financial Mechanism and the Secretariat to take into account in their work the recommendations on workplans required by Article 9 and Article 10 of the Protocol, as adopted by the third session of the first meeting of the Open-Ended Working Group of the Parties to the Protocol.
