1．按照《公约》第8条第4款(a)项决定，认为根据本决定附件一所载的评估结果，林丹已达到筛选标准； 2．按照《公约》第8条第6 款和斯德哥尔摩公约缔约方大会第POPRC-1/7号决定第29段进一步决定设立一个特设工作组，来进一步审查该提案并按照《公约》附件E编写一份风险简介草案；
