This Act, which is composed of two articles, amends provisions concerning marketing of genetically modified feedstuffs. Authorizations for marketing on the territory of the Republic of Poland GMO products, being genetically modified feedstuffs intended for feeding, issued on the basis of regulations on genetically modified organisms, are valid until 31 December 2012.
