The present Act amends provisions concerning air protection, and in particular assessment of the quality of air including level of pollution coming from certain sources, specified for agglomerations of more than 250000 population, cities of more than 100000 population and other areas. This Act establishes also penalties for violating provisions concerning preparation and implementation of air protection programs and plans of short-term activities.
