The Act, which is composed of four chapters, amends article 6 of the Packaging Act, which deals with marking of packaging. A person who introduces packaging or packaged products must mark such packaging and packaged products and indicate the materials from which they are made. This Act also specifies the circumstances under which a person importing packaging or packaged products is exempted from the obligations laid down under articles from 10 to 15 of the Packaging Act.
