These regulations amend the Climate Change (Forestry Sector) Regulations 2008. The amendment clarifies (i) the definition of sub-area; (ii) how to calculate the age of a tree; (iii) how to calculate carbon stocks; and (iv) removes an unnecessary restriction relating to applications for the allocation of new permanent sample plots.
