This Decree lays down some amendments to the Decree implementing certain provisions of the Breeding Act. In particular, the present Decree amends the contents of the central registry of sires (originally specified in Annex 6 of the amended Decree), contents of records of insemination (Annex 8) and details on labelling of semen, embryos, egg cells, hatching eggs and breeding material of fish and bees (Annex 11).
