This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends the Decree implementing the Feedstuffs Act as regards: (i) conditions for producing and transporting additive substances, protein feedstuffs, premixes, complete and supplementary feedstuffs; (ii) requirements to be met by holdings where the substances above-mentioned are produced; (iii) registration and keeping of records on the substances above-mentioned. In particular, the Decree lays down the list of additive substances allowed for the production of feedstuffs and related maximum levels. New Section 6 is added to the amended Decree. It sets out provisions on registration of products and suppliers and further it lays down parameters for biological tests.
