This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, minimum standards of equipment for livestock (art. 1b), general requirements for breeding of livestock (art. 1c), minimum standards of the protection of swine (art. 3), minimum standards of the protection of dugs, geese and turkeys (art. 6), requirements for breeding of poultry for meat (art. 11, 11a, 11b, 11c). The Decree amends also Annexes specifying additional requirements for space required for breeding bovine animals (Annex 1), swine (Annex 2) and horses (Annex 3).
