This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 16 articles and five Annexes, establishes, in accordance with European Union legislation, requirements for sampling procedures and methods testing seed and seedlings. Art. 2 specifies documents that should be supplied by a contractor before sampling. Art. 3 to 10 provide technological procedures and sampling methods. Art. 11 to 13 define procedures and methods of assessment of seed and planting material.
