This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down provisions governing the vine production potential and support to vineyard grubbing. For the purposes of these provisions production potential is the sum of areas of existing vineyards to produce grapes in the Republic of Slovenia, entered in the register, the rights for replanting of the vineyard and rights for planting of the vineyard. This Decree is composed of 17 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Vine production potential (Sec. 2); Support to the vineyard grubbing (Sec. 3); Information (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5). The Annex specifies the form of application for support to the vineyard grubbing.
