The Minister may, by Order published in the Official Gazette, regulate the use and occupation of any demarcated forest or forest area for the purposes of installing commercial fish hatcheries under such terms and conditions as the Minister thinks fit, and for such period as is specified in such order (rule 2). The Minister may grant licences for the installation of commercial fish hatcheries under such terms and conditions as he thinks fit (rule 3). (3 rules)
