The present Ordinance implements the Hessen Water Law of 14 December 2010. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the discharge of waste water in public waste water facilities. Such a discharge shall need a previous authorization by the Water Office which shall be released only if the requirements as laid down in the Waste Water Ordinance in its version of 17 June 2004 (BGBl. I p. 1108, 2625) are fully complied with. The text consists of 8 articles and 1 Annex.
