This Act amends the National Water Act, 1998 in relation to water resources management and prospecting, exploration, mining or production activities, appeals to the Water Tribunal, and an Agreement reached between the Minister, the Minister responsible for mineral resources and the Minister responsible for environmental affairs named One Environmental System for the country with respect to mining.
