The purpose of this Notification is to implement the Regulation on permits and licences foreseen by the Environmental Act. and the Regulation on environmental supervision. The Notification further specifies rules on working procedures and principles, evaluation of applications, certificate granting, supervision, cancellation of qualification certificates and training of the staff for environmental supervision and the staff working for environmental consulting agencies.
