This Order applies to the dispatch of waste from Denmark. It is necessary to ensure all information pertaining waste dispatch and shipment from Denmark is notified to the Danish Nature Agency. Information on waste shall be notified in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or English and a fee shall be paid for each notification; updated fee calculations can be found on www.mst.dk - the Danish Nature Agency's portal. Commercial companies may only accept waste transferred to Denmark as a destination country (if waste is transferred in accordance with the given provisions).
