This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 34 articles and 33 Annexes, establishes details on financial support to rural development for the following areas: agricultural production (art. 2-14); processing, marketing and improve the quality of agricultural and food products; subsidies for processing, marketing and improvement of the quality of agricultural and food products (art. 15-17); forestry (art. 18-24); fishery (art. 25-29).
