This Regulation, which is composed of ten articles, was established by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food in agreement with the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology and the Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning. In particular, this Regulation amends provisions specifying conditions of accommodation and care of animals, state of health of animals used for experiments, and establishes the form of application for authorization to conduct experiments of animals.
