This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments to the Regulation on measures to prevent the introduction and the spread of the bacteria Clavibacter michiganensis ssp. Sepedonicus. In particular the present Regulation establishes requirements for tubers of potatoes produced on the territory of Poland which can be moved to other member countries of the Euoropean Union.
