This Regulation defines the necessary rules aimed to implement several technical and safety rules for water management facilities/installations (dams) on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
This Regulation further sets the control measure, rights and obligations of owners and operators/users of dams; requirements for the implementation of technical exploitation procedures in safe and controlled manner at its various stages; requirements meant to ensure the safe use, also in emergency conditions.
