The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two paragraphs and six Annexes, establishes forms of documents used to register wastes: waste registration card (specified in Annex 1); communal sewage waste registration card (specified in Annex 2); used electrical and electronic equipment registration card (specified in Annex 3); waste passing card (specified in Annex 4).
