This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 30 articles and eight Annex, lays down: (1) detailed deadlines when seed material of agricultural plants and vegetables placed on the market or prepared for marketing becomes the subject to periodic laboratory assessment; (2) model protocols of sampling seed material of agricultural plants and vegetables; (3) duration of storage of samples of seed metarial of agricultural plants and vegetables taken for the assessment, excluding assessment of identity and varietal purity; (4) methods of field assessment, verification assessment and evaluation of the external characteristics of seed material of agricultural plants and vegetables; (5) the scope and method of preparing documentation concerning field assessment of seed material of agricultural plants and vegetables; (6) sampling methods; (7) detailed requirements necessary to ensure that a sample of seed taken for laboratory testing is representative.
