This Regulation prescribes the procedures for recognition and testing of new breeds, strains and hybrids of domestic animals, the contents of the application for recognition of new breeds, strains and hybrids, also establishing the effective obligations of the applicant (on the territory of the Croatian Republic and EU).
The breed, strain or hybrid is considered new if on the date of filing the application for recognition are not registered in the Register of breeds, strains and hybrids kept by the Croatian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
