This Regulation of The Minister of Environment, which is composed of 17 articles and eight Annexes, lays down requirements for measurement of emissions, land and measurement of collected water, including: (1) cases when there are required continuous measurements of emissions from installations, sources of fuel combustion or from a device of incineration or co-incineration; (2) cases when there are required periodic measurements of emissions from the installation, the sources of fuel combustion or from a device of incineration or co-incineration of waste, and the frequency of these measurements; (3) the scope of certain measurements; (4) reference measurement methods; (5) the method of recording the measurements. Art. 2 specifies fuel combustion installations for which continuous or periodical measurements of emission to the air are obligatory. Art. 3 specifies waste combustion installations for which continuous or periodical measurements of emission to the air are obligatory.
