These Regulations implement provisions of the Small Business Development Act by prescribing activities for purposes of approval of businesses under the Act and prescribe forms and particulars for application for approval, registration and other procedures as foreseen in the Act. The Act also gives a definition of the technical assistance as provided for by the Act. Prescribed activities include agriculture, forestry, fishing and aquaculture.
