Final Report January 2008 Executive Summary This document presents the Republic of the Marshall Islands’ National Plan for the implementation of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants. The Republic of the Marshall Islands became a Party to the Convention on 27 January 2003 and the Convention entered into force globally on 17 May, 2004.
