To note the request by Croatia to be removed from the list of developing countries operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Montreal Protocol;
To approve the request by Croatia, and to note that Croatia shall assume the obligations of a party not operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Montreal Protocol for the year 2014 and thereafter;
