缔约方大会
1. 重申其第SC-1/9号、第SC-2/11号和第SC-3/16号决定；
2. 呼吁发达中国家在全球环境基金第五次充资期间，注意到供资需求评估，并根据现在列入的和今后可能列入的新的持久性有机污染物，依照《公约》第13条规定的义务，竭尽全力安排充足的可获得的财政资源，以促使发展中国家和经济转型国家缔约方充分履行其在《公约》下承担的义务；
